Nancy Maluleke

Nancy Maluleke is the Founder CEO and Chairman of Ndzhaka Engineering and Projects. Ndzhaka is an international Infrastructure Development Enterprise. She has over 23 years experience in Infrastructure Projects in the Engineering and Built Environment sector. She also has a Master of Engineering Degree and a Projects and Construction Degree, which are both from Wits University, amongst other Degrees.

She has international experience and has a strong global network of highly competent enterprises and guarantees quality in project delivery. Nancy also has an interest in Women Empowerment, and is at the forefront of our new initiative, Women on the Cusp.

Business Development

Nancy's core experience is in Infrastructure Development, Engineering & Construction.

Prince Vusi Zulu is a veteran in the South African Media and Broadcasting Industry. He has worked with many of South Africa’s leading media and broadcasting agencies including roles as Head of Sales & Business Development at Alex Community Radio Station, Producer at Kitzo Media Publications, Sales and Planning at Motswako Media and Marketing Director at Phezulu Media. Prince has the privilege of sitting on multiple blue chip media company boards which gives him a unique view into the trends and changes within the industry.

Prince is also involved in sales and lead generation at Cusp Technologies, focusing specifically within Africa and focusing on Africa's challenges - where Cusp makes a difference.

Alan Giles

Alan Giles is a senior international business leader, involved in strategic advisory, business development and partnership development at Cusp. Alan started working for Cusp, previously known as Globesat, in 2023 and has assisted with new business development, sales and joint ventures.

Alan has been working in the Enterprise Mobility, Security and FinTech arena for the past 30 years, and has a wealth of experience with software solution providers at different stages of their corporate lifecycle. He also has experience in electrical and electronic engineering.

Strategic Advisor

Alan's core experience is in Business Building, Business Development, Major Account Management, Sales and Marketing, Strategy Creation and Execution.

CUSP TECHNOLOGIES LEADERSHIP

John has a proven history in his roles as Commercial Manager and Senior Project Manager in Maritime Communications Companies. He has extensive experience in-country for Somalia, Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, Ukraine, Bosnia, Liberia, Kenya, Namibia as well as North America and rest of Europe, and has held Senior Project and Programme Manager positions in UNSOS projects Somalia, UNOPS Projects Somalia and AU projects Somalia. He is a member of the Board of Somcast Communications Ltd and is the Operations Director, co-founder, and owner. John has consulted on technical and broadcast projects for AJE, CBS, FOX, M&C Saatchi, Albany, Bell Pottinger & Anytime Fitness.

John has an MBA and holds several Programme, Project, and Risk Management qualifications including PMP, MSP and Prince2. His interests are in countering violent extremism and transnational organized crime and he has attended the prestigious Marshal Center in Germany. He has set up various radio stations with the intent to countering violence and has written a published article on the use of FM radio stations in Africa as a tool to counter violent extremism.
